The implementation of a Global Minimum Tax around the globe continues to capture attention. Further to the release of the long-awaited model rules and a proposed EU directive, consultations have begun in several countries.
In Switzerland, the Federal Council issued last week for the first time the guiding principles which are intended to shape the implementation of the global minimum tax in Switzerland.
Against this background, the Tax Policy Center of the University of Lausanne and the Institute of Tax Law of KU Leuven are now delighted to present the final and full program of their Symposium on:
“The Global Minimum Tax Agreement: Policy, Practise and Future Outlook”
