It seems that not all taxpayers may be aware of possible consequences in connection with recent legislative changes in Poland. Please find below high level summary and consequences that the White List of Taxpayers brings as from 1 January 2020.

Please be aware that non-compliance with the current legislative changes may affect not only VAT but also direct taxes.

I recommend reviewing all current business processes in order to make sure that needed and required changes are implemented in daily processes and operations.
