Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH in Switzerland is expanding and we are looking for our Finance Team a Manager VAT, Compliance & Transfer pricing (m/w) in Jona, Switzerland.

Business Purpose

The person in this role will be responsible for handling indirect VAT, reviewing Transfer prices from affiliates and to affiliates, coordinating with 3rd party VAT service, and providing solutions to Supply Chain Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to Supply Chain in correct usage of VAT codes and numbers
• Provide guidance for the maintenance of the VAT matrix and codes in SAP
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the VAT payable/receivable accounts
• Create and record pricing adjustments
• Review Quarterly Transfer price adjustment reports
• Prepare and post intercompany debit and credit notes
• Offer support to AP in validating the correct VAT codes
• Deliver VAT training for Accountants and Supply Chain
• Maintain 10+ VAT registrations
• Coordinate with external service providers
• Join in the Project work for VAT Registration and for Implementation of VAT automation

Requirements

• Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in Tax / Finance or Accounting
• Strong understanding of EU VAT guidelines
• 3-6 years’ experience in similar position in an industry with strong logistics and manufacturing ties
• Good knowledge of complex product and invoicing flows
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP System
• Fluent English is a must
• Any other EU language is a plus
