Our Corporate Tax Team is a true partner to the business, providing real-time tax support and aligning external legislative and regulatory changes with business realities.
It is responsible for giving tax advice within the La Prairie Group and ensuring that business processes are correctly reflected in relevant tax reporting and compliance processes. Additionally, it is supporting and coordinating cross-border aspects of tax audits and supporting local finance managers.
We are a small but very passionate team and are looking for an equally curious and motivated person.
Main Responsibilities
Corporate Income Tax
- Prepare tax calculations for our Swiss tax entities (Quarterly closing, Annual Return, Forecast, etc.)
- Review and support submissions of the affiliates from a global perspective
- Partner with business teams (Supply Chain, Sales & eCommerce, Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics and others) and back-office support functions (Legal, Finance, HR), providing tax input and advice during cross-functional discussions
- Enable business by providing input on any corporate income tax related questions
- Support internal restructuring, tax planning and projects
- Steer cross-border aspects of tax audits / procedures including collection of documentation and data, analysis, formulation and prioritization of potential defence strategies
- Review and implementation of new legislation (e.g. Global Minimum Tax)
Tax Compliance
- Monitor tax compliance at LP (Group guideline, RCM)
- Provide support to the affiliates
- Manage internal stakeholders e.g. during internal audits
VAT
- Support with quarterly tax filing
Qualifications
- University Degree
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- International tax experience (preferably experience from Big 4 companies)
- Solid understanding of Swiss tax law
- Strong international tax skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Good understanding of business models and value chain configurations

- Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-driven personality
- Well-developed communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
