The Opportunity

We are excited to offer the position as Tax Accountant to an enthusiastic teamplayer in our disruptive global accounting team. You will have the chance to shape this role within a flexible and dynamic working environment where every day is a different game. Being an enthusiast in your field of expertise, you will proactively contribute to face the challenges of a young and heavily growing company in accounting topics for direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing activities and other international tax issues. You will be part of a fantastic team that sees finance as the advanced navigator of our speedboat.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance, prepare and file the monthly VAT declarations and annual tax returns in different countries
• Collaborate and coordinate with local tax consultants
• Shape On’s intercompany processes and transfer pricing matters – including preparation and review of relevant transfer pricing policies and documentation
• Contribute to daily business and projects within the accounting team, e.g. new market entries

• Great passion for and several years of experience in international taxes (direct/indirect)
• First experience in dealing with transfer pricing matters
• High affinity for processes and IT systems, including the ability to dig deep into the numbers
• Ability to translate complex financial topics to non-financial stakeholders
• Willingness to take ownership and having the ability to adapt to changes and new ways of working
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
