Sandeep Ladda is a Partner in the Tax and Regulatory Services practice and the Technology Sector Leader at PwC India for all three lines of services. Sandeep is also the Global TMT Tax Leader for the PwC Global Network. He is also a member of the Global Extended Leadership Team.
Sandeep has been with PwC for over 12 years and has, in all, over 24 years of experience in advising MNCs on setting up their Indian operations as well as on the implications of taxes and regulations, including structuring of FDI, tax efficient funding mechanisms and joint venture arrangements, business and financial restructuring, providing strategic advice in litigation related matters and tax risk mitigation strategies, resolving major tax disputes with tax authorities etc. He serves a wide range of clients in the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) and other sectors.
Pratik Jain is a Partner in PwC India’s Tax and Regulatory Services team. He is the National leader for Indirect Tax in the firm and works with clients across sectors. He has significant experience in the consumer market, retail and services segments. He is leading GST transformation projects with several large companies across industry segments.
He has been instrumental in formulation of the GST policy and is actively involved in and consulted by industry and industry associations.
Pratik has been working with several Indian and multinational corporations, and advises them on tax planning, management, dispute resolution and policy-related issues. He is also actively engaged in tax advocacy and frequently interacts with Indian Tax Regulators. Pratik chairs the GST Committee of CII (for the Northern region).
Kunal Wadhwa is a Partner in the PwC Bangalore Tax practice and has over 14 years of experience in advising on various indirect tax laws in India in service tax, VAT, trade compliance, regulatory advisory and representation services.
Kunal has extensive experience in advising clients on the indirect tax implications and risks involved in the establishment of manufacturing, distribution networks and services operations. Kunal has been working extensively with various Fortune 500 companies and involved in delivering advise on indirect tax related issues, including providing litigation support services, representation services and compliance services.
