The main topics of our following webcast concern recent legislative changes in the highly complex Brazilian indirect tax environment which require taxpayers attention, as follows:



  • ICMS taxation on interstate sales of goods to end users (non ICMS taxpayers), with special focus on transactions carried out via e-commerce, and
  • the complexities associated with the implementation of the Block K within the Sped system. The SPED system aims to provide the Brazilian tax authorities with comprehensive tax, accounting and operational information about Brazilian taxpayers. Block K, within the SPED system, consists of comprehensive information regarding inventories of goods and its corresponding usage on the production process.

Our goal is to discuss the most relevant aspects surrounding these topics, the main implementation challenges and how taxpayers are working to address the arising complexities. In the light of this, we are delighted to invite you to our next session:
