Intelligence for me is the ability to derive new information from given information. This includes verbal, visual-spatial and mathematical abilities. For certain scientists also processing speed and processing capacity, creativity and capacity for remembering belong to this. All this can be measured with IQ tests.

Visuell-räumliche Intelligenz oder wie parkiere ich in eine kleine Lücke?

Intelligenz verstehe ich als Fähigkeit aus gegebenen Informationen neue Informationen abzuleiten. Dazu gehören auch sprachliche, visuell-räumliche und mathematische Fähigkeiten. Für gewisse Wissenschaftler ‎gehört noch Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit und Verarbeitungskapazität, Einfallsreichtum und Erinnerungsvermögen dazu. Das alles kann man mit Hilfe von Intelligenztests messen.

In der 8. Klasse vor dem Entscheid, welche weiterführende Schule ich wählen soll und welchen Beruf ich anstrebe, hatten wir so einen IQ Test gemacht.
