Webcast – Is Tour Operator Scheme (TOMS) applicable to non-EU resident companies? and other updates –Wednesday, 10 November 2021

10 November 2021
15:15 –16:00 GMT, 16:15 – 17:00h CET (Central Europe), 11:15-12:00 EST

I would like to invite you to the webcast about recent change to the Tour Operator Margin Scheme (TOMS) in some jurisdictions: the non-applicability of TOMS to non-EU established entrepreneurs.

The webcast will focus on the changes in Germany with effect from 1 January 2022 and will include some information on the corresponding regulations in other jurisdictions. These changes will affect not only non-EU established tour operators, but also EU established tour operators and even B2B consumers from all other industries.

The webcast provides an overview of the new regulations and practical examples of the resulting challenges. Also, the webcast will focus on an interactive exchange on these “hot topics” and will include a questions and answer panel discussion with our tourism, hospitality, and leisure indirect tax specialist from across the UK and EU. In the live Q&A session we will try to answer as many of your questions as time permits.

If you would like to submit a question in advance, please contact katharina.kluschat@pwc.com. The event is free of charge
