“Jeder kann kochen.”
“Ratatouille“, der Disney-Trickfilm, hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen. Nicht nur, weil er sehr witzig war und ich mich göttlich amüsiert habe, sondern auch, weil mir die tiefgreifende Botschaft wirklich stark und überzeugend erschien. Was dieser Film jedoch in mir nicht ausgelöst hat, war die Lust am Kochen.

I instantly liked ‘Ratatouille,’ the Disney animated film. Not only because it was very funny, and I had a divine time enjoying it, but also because the profound message seemed genuinely strong and convincing to me. However, what this film didn’t trigger in me was a desire to cook.
How I Almost Missed Seeing the Alhambra – UNESCO World Heritage Site
I had always wished to visit Seville. It took years before I could fulfill my dream. Andalusia, where Seville is located, exceeded my expectations. The people are kind, hospitable, and cheerful. The only downside for those who don’t speak Spanish is that very few locals speak English (even the young ones). The food is sensational, the weather consistent, and culturally, it’s a delight.

Ich habe mir immer gewünscht, Sevilla zu besuchen. Es dauerte Jahre, bis ich meinen Traum verwirklichen konnte. Andalusien, wo Sevilla liegt, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Menschen sind nett, gastfreundlich und gut gelaunt. Der einzige Nachteil für diejenigen, die kein Spanisch sprechen, ist der Fakt, dass von den Einheimischen nur die wenigsten Englisch sprechen (auch die Jungen nicht). Das Essen ist sensationell, das Wetter beständig und kulturell ist es eine Wucht.

SCIP regulation – new EU register as from 1.1.2022
In most EU countries, a new EU SCIP register came into force on 1 January 2022, which includes products containing hazardous substances. The introduction of this register has not been properly publicized and it is worth getting acquainted with this regulation due to the high financial penalties provided for in it.
