My Recent Co-Pilot Experience

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Co-Pilot that left me feeling quite frustrated. I sat down, as I usually do, to write my weekly blog. This task typically takes me at least half an hour, so I decided to use Co-Pilot, hoping it would help me refine my text further.

However, being my usual self, I didn’t make a backup copy of the text. After finishing my work, I hit the “generate” button, expecting Co-Pilot to work its magic. To my dismay, Co-Pilot returned with a message saying it couldn’t produce a better text. Not only was I disappointed, but I also felt utterly betrayed because my original text was not retained. Since I hadn’t saved my work, it was now gone for good—half an hour’s worth of effort down the drain.

I was so annoyed that I didn’t feel like starting over, even though it was a pretty good story. This experience reminded me that even the best technology can be useless in the hands of someone who doesn’t use it correctly, or that technology doesn’t always deliver the desired results.

So, my frustration with artificial intelligence reached a new high this Sunday, and this text was created without any of its help.
